Brad Van Rassel
Brad has been investing in real estate since 2019 and brings a background in architecture, design, and construction to Trilith. His experience provides a unique perspective when evaluating properties and identifying opportunities to add value. Outside of Trilith, Brad is also active in residential real estate investing in Nashville, Tennessee.

Luke Bauer
Luke has been investing in real estate since 2017 and brings an engineering background with a strong focus on data and analytics to Trilith. His analytical approach helps guide investment decisions and identify opportunities in markets with strong cash flow and growth potential. Today, Luke owns a portfolio of multifamily properties across the Southeast and is focused on continuing to grow Trilith’s portfolio.
